10 September 2018 - Capital City, Carnswell - On the 8th of September, House 804 announced that it has switched over from using Google Chrome as a search engine, to Ecosia. Ecosia is a search engine company based in Germany that takes that profits it makes and plants trees in different locations around the world. Each time you search something on Ecosia, they plant a tree somewhere in the world that needs it most. "We plant native acacia trees, because they make the soil more fertile. With our earnings we started a communal savings account, which allows women to start their own businesses." said an associate with Ecosia. According the website, you need a count of about 40 trees for them to actually plant one tree. There is a tree counter on the main search page. According to a House 804 insider, they have a count of 58. That's at least one tree since 8 September. Click here to learn more.
