16 March 2019 - Capital City, CW - Today, President Bannister accepted the letter of retirement of Secretary of State Paul Moskalets. The Secretary of State has been in office since Boshka's creation in 2007. When Secretary Moskalets first joined President Bannister's cabinet, he brought years of experience with him. Moskalets, a Boshkan Diplomat, a political scientist, a former politician, Boshkan Ambassador to Poland and special envoy to the European Union since May 2018.
"Today, I have had the difficult task of accepting the letter of retirement of a long-time friend, Sec. Moskalets. I wish him the very best of luck and a very happy, well deserved retirement. I know that, Miss. Moskalets will enjoy having him around as much as we did in House 804." - President Bannister
Now, the long process of appointing a new Secretary of State will begin. After President Bannister appoints a new Sec., the Senate must confirm the selection. So far, President Bannister has not yet faced any pushback from the House of Commons with previous nominations.
