17 October 2018 - Pondbury, Mousle - A federal case on weather or not a prisoner can vote will head to the Boshka Supreme Court this Friday. A group of lawyers from Mousle, have argued that, Article I, Section II of the Boshka Constitution is is unconstitutional. Arguing, that the section violates and discriminates prisoners constitutional rights as Boshkans. The article reads, " All people have the right to vote. This is a privilege, a civil duty. If a person has committed a crime for which they are incarcerated, they have forfeited their right to vote. Once the individual has served their time, they may once again have that right back. Once a person, man or woman reaches the legal adult age of 18, they shall have the right to vote."
