Boshka Coat of Arms

 2006 - 2008

This is the first seal created for Boshka in 2006. At the time, the White Siberian Tiger was the National Animal of Boshka until late 2017. Although, it is no longer the official national animal, it is still traditional.

The two tigers are facing the center shield. In the top bar, are three star bursts symbolizing the light of Boshka.

The middle of the shield is split into three sections by a blue, white, and red divider. The colors symbolize the three colors of the then, Boshkan flag.

In each of the three sections are blue stars. The stars symbolize the red star that was in the center of the former Boshkan flag. The stars appear blue here, to symbolize togetherness, unity, or teamwork.

Underneath the blue stars, are four diamonds forming a single diamond. They are also in the colors of the former Boshkan flag, blue, white, and red.

In late 2008, the coat of arms of Boshka was officially changed to this crest. As you can see, early in Boshka's history, drew  great inspiration from the former Yugoslavia (1918 - 1992). This crest can be seen on many of Boshka's official documents and memorabilia between 2008 and 2017. This crest is no longer considered an official symbol of Boshka.

 2017 - Present

In addition to being the centerpiece of the Great Seal, the coat of arms is used as a national symbol on e.g. letterheads, license plates, embassies, agency seals and passports.

In the fall of 2017, President Bannister decided that the crest should better represent Boshka. The Boshka Coat of Arms today, was designed by President Bannister himself.

On each side of the crest, are two Erect-crested Penguins. These animals are native to Boshka. They are looking towards the shield in the center.

The shield is made up of the present Boshkan flag. Below the shield, are a bed of the nation's national flower, the Nasturtium. Also sitting on the bed of flowers are the nation's national insect, the bumble bee.

Hiding in the bed of flowers, is the nation's current national animal, the Albino Burmese Python. Below him is a banner that reads in Latin, "Omnes Sunt Aequales" or "All Are Equal", the nation's motto.

At the top of the center shield, is a rising Sun, symbolizing that no matter what, the Sun will always rise in the morning. Also visible, are the planets. This is symbolizing that when Boshka aims, we aim high. Nothing is out of reach.

On top of the Sun burst rests the Boshkan parakeet, because she knows that Boshka is her home.

This is the first Seal of The President of The Commonwealth of Boshka created for President Bannister in 2006 upon the founding of Boshka. This seal is no longer an official seal of the presidency.

This presidential seal is modeled after the United States presidential seal. The outer ring says, "Seal of The President of The Commonwealth of Boshka".

Around the outer edge of the navy blue circle are eight stars, symbolizing the then, eight provinces.

This is the Presidential Seal today. The outer ring has not changed. However, you will notice that there are now 16 stars around the outer edge of the inner circle. Each star represents the original 16 provinces of Boshka. In the summer of 2016, Boshka laid claim to physical territory. During this time, Carnswell annexed Merced, the 16th province in order to make Carnswell larger. To this day, Merced is honored through symbolism such as this.

In the center of the Presidential Seal, is the current coat of arms.

This is the Boshkan flag that was used from 2007 to 2017. Its is the flag of the former Yugoslavia (1918 - 1992). The flag was used between 1945 to 1992. Boshka adopted the flag in 2007. At the time, it represented most of the thoughts and beliefs of Boshkans.

The blue represented Boshka's war dead. The white represented peace or hope and the red represented freedom and liberty.

The red star in the center of the flag represented the five social groups in Boshka. The youth, the military, the industrial laborers, the agricultural workers, and the intelligentsia.

This is the Boshkan flag today. While keeping some of the basic designs from the previous flag, this one better represents Boshka's people and her beliefs.

The blue bar is still at the top, representing Boshka's war dead. Next is the gold bar in the middle representing the rising sun over the mountain spreading hope throughout the land. At the bottom, is the red bar. It represents freedom and liberty.

At the center of the flag, is the shape of Boshka's land. It is in white, representing peace or hope. It is surrounded by white triangles. Each one representing the original 16 provinces.

The triangles are representing the suns rays shining from behind Boshka.
